1. About Us

This website and all related services are provided by The Distinctive Collection Ltd, trading as BuildFlows (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Registered in England & Wales — Company No. 13262937
Registered office: St James' Hall, Mill Road, Lancing, West Sussex, England, BN15 0PT
Website: https://www.buildflows.co.uk

2. Our Services

BuildFlows designs and implements automation systems, workflows, and digital integrations using third-party platforms (including Make.com, Zapier, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, Typeform, and others).
We also provide consulting, system setup, and training.

3. Using Our Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not in any way that may damage or impair its functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

All site content, text, logos, and designs are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

4. Orders & Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or another approved provider.
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Work commences only once the agreed deposit or full payment has been received.

For subscription or retainer services, payments recur automatically on the billing date until cancelled.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access to services or deliverables until resolved.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our automations are bespoke digital builds:

  • Refunds can only be issued before any work begins.

  • Once configuration, design, or coding work has started, fees become non-refundable.

  • Subscription plans may be cancelled anytime, but partial-month refunds are not provided.

If you believe a payment was taken in error, please contact [insert email] within 7 days.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and access credentials when requested.

  • Maintain your own accounts with third-party tools.

  • Review and test deliverables promptly upon completion.

We cannot be responsible for failures or errors caused by incorrect data, revoked credentials, or external platform changes.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • All automations, documentation, and code remain our property until paid in full.

  • Once payment clears, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use them within your business.

  • You may not resell, distribute, or share our work without written consent.

We may reuse generic modules or frameworks in future projects, provided no confidential information is disclosed.

8. Third-Party Tools

Our automations rely on external services (Make.com, Zapier, Pipedrive, Google, etc.).
You acknowledge:

  • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, pricing, or policy changes from those providers.

  • Continued use of those tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We treat all client information as confidential and handle personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Data is processed securely and only for the purpose of delivering agreed work.

See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details.

10. Marketing Permission

If you opt-in through our Typeforms or website, we may send you updates about new automations, case studies, or services.
You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of data, profit, or business).

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant project or month of service.

  • We do not exclude liability for fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or other non-excludable rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other breaches these terms and fails to remedy within 14 days.
On termination, we may revoke access to systems we created until outstanding invoices are settled.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
